Hide and Seek...

Crew's new game is hide and seek...more like just running from me and trying to hide!  I will say "Let's go downstairs!" and he will start laughing and take off running into a corner of a room and act like he is hiding...he can always make me laugh!  We cut his hair the other day and as you can tell it is a bit crooked...oops (luckily, we didn't do this before the Christmas pics)!  We always have to give him his hair cuts in stages because the little squirm worm won't sit still!  Hopefully he will let me finish it up so I can make it look a little better...otherwise, it looks like he got a "bowl" cut (as Greg would say)!

Always a smiley boy!  Crew Bear is such a happy little man!
 I found you...you little stinker!

Christmas Outtakes!

OH MY!  Is all I can say about trying to take a "posed" picture of Crewsie these days!  First, we tried a little photo shoot at home and it went okay...then I tried to get them professionally done and it was worse!  Not that he acts bad, but he just doesn't want to cooperate and sit still!  We must have taken 50 pictures at home, so I wanted to show some of the outtakes and some of the good ones!  All in all I think we got a couple cute pics (after I cropped them down and did some other little adjustments) and I already ordered my Christmas cards, so there is no going back now!  I guess this is what happen when you try to "control" a 20 month old!!!
We tried the sitting pose first...
Sweet little man!
Almost a good one!
One of our Christmas trees!
I love his little smile!
Let's try it standing up...
Are we almost done?
Let me rearrange these ornaments! (This happens quite often!)
Earrings or ornaments?!?!
Ok, let's try sitting him on the bench?!
I'm starting to get antsy!
Aren't I cute Mom?!
Definitely an outtake...hahaha!
A decent family photo!
My little professor...
Trying some in front of the other tree...the change in scenery didn't help him sit still either!
Officially DONE taking pictures!
What a STINKER!
You know it's over when the clothes start coming off!

A VERY Thankful Thanksgiving!

Crewsie eating his SECOND Thanksgiving turkey meal yesterday!  He ate a few bites of everything...turkey, mashed taties, green beans, stuffing, and sweet potatoes...and of course, he had no problem with the peanut butter pie!  YUMMY!

Thanksgiving eve it is tradtion that we hang out at my parents house while we "help" Mom make all of her yummy pies...honestly, we mainly drink and eat and Wii bowl...but Mom appreciates the thought...haha!  Thanksgiving Day we always split our time between both of our families and always have a lot of fun!  Although, we missed Uncle Dave and Gram and Popsie Cooper this year!
Wanting to play with Auntie Casey...what else is new!?!?!  haha!
Ok, I really did help Mom with the pies and they were DELICIOUS!  She makes homemade everything...pecan, pumpkin, cocount cream, peanut butter cream...all wonderful!
Wii bowling...a newer family tradition and very fun...and very competitive if Uncle Blake is playing...ha!
 Somebody is getting tired!
Daddy and Crew bear on Thanksgiving!
 Diggin' in...
 My little dare devil!
I'm so very thankful for my healthy, happy little man, my wonderful husband, and our loving families!

Jingle Bell Jaunt and Christmas Walk...

We started off the Christmas season with a wonderful fun-filled weekend!  Saturday was the Jingle Bell Jaunt downtown Wadsworth...it is a little parade with the highschool band playing Christmas songs and Santa even arrived at the end with his horses!  It was Crew's first parade and he seemed to really enjoy it!  Saturday night was the Medina Christmas walk...and it is a family tradition that we go every year!  We ate at Sully's and then walked around to the different shops.  We had a great weekend and can't wait to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families this week!

At the coffee shop waiting for the parade to start!
Crew, Popa, Yaya, and Auntie Tay
 Uncle Blakey, Crew and Momma
 Harley and Auntie Tay
Crew, Larken and Lach watching the parade...and waiting for the candy!
 How cute are these three?!?!
Daddy and Crewsie in 'Whitey's Army/Navy' store!  Family tradition that we have to go there during the Christmas walk!
Downtown Medina looked so pretty all lit up!
