Aunt Taytay's baby shower!!!

We celebrated Aunt Taytay and her little bambino yesterday at her baby shower!  We had the party at my parents house and it was so much fun and so relaxing.  Thanks to Yaya for having it at her house and helping so much with EVERYTHING and thanks to Auntie Casey for making the awesome favors and another thanks to Cathi (Tay's mom-in-law) and Joe's sisters for helping out with the food! Aunt Tay got lots of wonderful gifts and she already has them organized in their nursery!  Now we all CANNOT wait to meet this little bundle of cuteness (but not until late March!).

The AWESOME favors Aunt Casey made!  She made "Tiger bark" which I think is peanut butter, white chocolate and milk chocolate...YUMMO!  And she hand made pouches for Kleenex for your purse!

I have always heard of people making "diaper cakes," so I gave it a try...it turned out pretty cute.

Since the baby's gender is a surprise Tay and Joe decided on a cute jungle theme for the nursery, so we did her shower in a jungle theme as well!

I made a picture board of some of Tay and Joe's pictures from when they were babies/little kids.  They honestly look like they could have been brother and sister...they were both ADORABLE!

It was a wonderful day and Tay and Joe are going to be WONDERFUL parents!  I CANNOT wait to meet my new niece (so I can finally buy girls clothes...haha!) or my new nephew (so Crewsie has a play mate!).

My dad always laugh when he hears me call Crew a goofball...well, he is and below is the picture to prove it!

Playing on my phone (probably deleting some apps or dialing or texting some random person or coloring) and completely addicted and will not look up at me to take his pic.  I am literally yelling "Crew, Crew look at Mommy!  SMILE!  Please!  I'm going to send a pic to Daddy!  Please look at me and SMILE!"  and this is what I got!!!!!!!!!!  GOOFBALL!

Snow days...

Well, we've been having an unseasonably warm winter (which you will NEVER hear me complain about!), but we have had a little snow.  It seems to snow one day, stick around for a few days and then we get warm weather...like in the 50's or high 40's!  Crazy!  When we do get snow Crew pretty much begs to go outside and play in it.  We still haven't made it to an actual sled riding hill, but I'm sure we will get some white stuff again soon enough...but if we didn't I would not be sad!

The pics below are from another day.  We still had snow on the ground, but it was much warmer and we were outside for a LONG time!  We even took a walk around the neighborhood.

I love this "warm" winter we have been having, but I still can't wait for Spring time!  And the arrival of Aunt Taytay's little one!!!  Her baby shower is this Sunday and I can't wait...so much fun!
