It's Christmas time...well, almost!

Over the weekend we decorated our home inside and outside for Christmas!  I know it is early, but we were all so excited to get the trees up and the house feeling festive!  We usually decorate Thanksgiving weekend, but we couldn't wait!  I think once you start having kids you start feeling like a little kid yourself and I love re-living everything through Crew again!  I will have to take some pics of the trees and house and post them!  Anyway, we still have a little decorating to do outside, but it feels sooooo good to have it done!  Below are a few pics of Crew helping to decorate (by "helping" I mean picking off all of the ornaments as we put them on the tree and asking "what's that?" about 100 times!).

On the menu for lunch today...a few chickie nuggets (I try to buy the "healthy" ones!), tomatoes (still LOVES them!), cheese, and banana!

We got our new front and back doors installed and we are THRILLED...I think it is a HUGE improvement to our home...the house seems so much more quiet, definitely warmer and they let in much more light!

Crewsie...Now and Then...

 I realized I hadn't posted a couple of these pics from one day last month...just thought they were cute of my little man!  The ones below are from pics from last year around this time...each one has a special little memory for me!

I remember taking these pictures like it was yesterday!  Loved him in this little outfit and he was so proud of himself standing up at the crib!  We lowered his crib shortly after this!

 When his two front top teeth were coming in Crewsie would always make this funny little smile...still makes me laugh!

I LOVE the above photo of Crew...it just captures his true personality!  I try to take a couple camera phone shots of Crewsie everyday to send to Daddy while he is at work...because Daddy begs me to!  Sometimes I forget and then I get a text from Daddy wondering where his picture is of his little man :)

We are staying busy and gearing up for the Holidays!  We always have so much fun this time of year...we can't wait to start decorating for Christmas, watching Christmas movies, listening to Christmas music, baking cookies, and doing all of our fun traditional family outings!

New obsessions...

A few of Crewsie's new obsessions are brushing his own teeth and collecting stuffed animals!  He loves climbing up on his stool, Mommy turns on the water and he brushes his teeth...and after a few minutes Mommy steps in to help!

As you can see Crew is loving his stuffed animals!  It started out that he wanted to sleep with one, then two, three, four, five and on.  Honestly, it has gotten a little crazy!  I have to be careful that I hide some of the animals before bedtime because otherwise he wants them all in his crib...he will whine and look around the room until they are all in his bed with him...like I said, it has gotten CRAZY!

 Not pictured are...monkey, mouse, bear, gorilla...that makes EIGHT animals that he is always trying to drag around the house (and he is always adding to the mix)!  And some of these are HUGE!

Drunken Halloween Video...

Okay, so I know that no one will think this video is as funny as I think it is, but I still had to post it.  It is from the Halloween party and it just makes me laugh!  I think everyone thought I was just taking a couple pics, but I was actually taking a little video...then "Single Ladies" came on and I lost my mind because I wanted to dance and put the camera down and took video of the back of a cup for a minute...oops!  Anyway, at least I get a good laugh out of it!

That is one crazy looking group of people...hahaha!  We all had a blast at Joe and Tay's Halloween party on Saturday night!  They had about twenty-five people over to celebrate at their new house.  Tay and Joe did a great job decorating...the house felt so fun and festive!  Lots of great food and we all had our fair share of the beverages!!!

Everyone kept our costumes a secret...so when we all showed up and saw each other it was HYSTERICAL!
