Pumpkin' Carving!!!

Sooooo need to start updating the blog regularly again!  The best way to get back???  With a little pumpkin carving action :)

Every year we would carve our pumpkins in this very garage...full circle...we're back!!!

We moved!!!

Wow, it has been a CRAZY 5 months!!!  I'm so far behind on the blog :(. But here we go....

Back in April we sold our house...in a week...and a cash deal!!  We couldn't be any luckier and thankful but it happened so fast and made for pure insanity!  We had talked to my parents for a couple years about possibly buying their house (that they moved out of in 2008, but kept and rented).  My parents built the house in the late 70's and it's where I was raised my entire life!  The timing happened to work out perfectly and we moved in May back to my childhood home :). Renovations began and haven't stopped, but I'm starting to see the light at the end of the very long tunnel!!

More fall fun in Peninsula...

After we visited Heritage Farms we stopped at Szalay's for their famous roasted corn and then headed to the bike path.

It was perfect fall day!  The river was so pretty.

Fall at Heritage Farms, Peninsula...

We discovered Heritage Farm kind of by accident a couple years ago in our way to a farmers market in peninsula.  Now we love continuing the tradition and going back every fall with the kiddos :)

Fall is my most FAVORITE time of year!  I just wished it lasted about two months longer and then the winter be two months shorter!  We did a lot of different, fun autumn activities :)
